We advocate continuous commissioning to CIBSE Commissioning Code L: 2003, for lighting and Code M: 2003 for Commissioning Management, and believe that a properly maintained and managed building provides a pleasant and energy efficient environment. TEST also has independently qualified Energy Supervisors for the certification of lighting, controls and metering systems to Part L for industrial and commercial premises.
